The training laboratory stand is designed for conducting laboratory work in disciplines related to the study of hydraulic drive systems for cars and tractors in higher education institutions, secondary specialized schools, and vocational-technical colleges. This stand enables studying the construction and characteristics of the steering system of MTZ-80 (82) tractors with hydraulic assistance, as well as diagnosing its technical condition to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Front axle of tractor with hubs and controllable wheels, integrated hydraulic booster and drive with steering wheel are mounted on the special framework, which is installed on the floor foundation with screw-in bearings.

Steering control of tractor MTZ-80 is completely performed on the stand. By agreement with customer any types of integrated hydraulic boosters designed for tractors MTZ (with dosing pump, without dosing pump) may be installed on the stand.  

The stand is accompanied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.
