The training laboratory stand is designed for conducting laboratory work in the disciplines “Hydraulics, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Automation,” and “Design of Automotive Hydraulic Drive Systems” in higher education institutions, secondary specialized schools, and vocational-technical colleges. This stand allows studying the construction and characteristics of a semi-integral power steering, gear-type pump, three-line flow regulator, power steering distributor, as well as determining load characteristics and diagnosing the technical condition of its components to ensure their reliable operation.

At the stand are studied hydraulic booster devices of the MAZ-64229 (by agreement with customer other types of hydraulic boosters may be installed).

Unlike NTC-15.39.2 this stand allows to carry out one additional laboratory work regarding general investigations of hydraulic booster (with simulation of resistance of controllable wheels to turning). 

The training system is accompanied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.
