The cutaway model is designed to demonstrate and study the design, operation principles of the main units of rear axle gearbox with differential lock.

The training laboratory unit used for laboratory and practical studies at the following subjects: «Receptacle of vehicle» and «Technical operation of vehicles».

Structurally, the model includes a frame with a cutaway rear axle gearbox installed. Cutaway model provide free access to the units and devices inside the gearbox.

The general gearbox elements with a differential lock system are:

multidisk friction-clutches pack;
planetary gears;
differential lock housing;
bearings;
bleeder;
semi-axles flanges.
