- body, which contains electrical equipment, electronic boards, front panel and worktop of integrated desktop;
- twin-engine dynamoelectric machine, which consists of two asynchronous squirrel cage electric motors of and an optical speed sensor, which determines the direction of rotation.
The bench contains the following devices (modules) used in laboratory work: input device, regulated and unregulated power supplies, power inverter, controller unit and other devices, as well as the work field with the mnemonic diagram of the objects depicted.
The basis-bench contains:
- input unit IU-03 – 1 pc.;
- power supply unit PSU-01 – 1 pc.;
- power supply unit PSU-05 – 1 pc.;
- inverter unit IU-04 – 1 pc.;
- programmable logic controller unit CU-03 – 1 pc.;
- оperator panel unit PU-02 – 1 pc.
- investigated system unit ISU-01 – 1 pc.
Input unit IU-03 implements the basis power supply, and contains residual current device, zero protection, and short circuit protection.
Power supply unit PSU-01 is intended for power supply of control circuits and accessories of the bench and provides short circuit protection. Power supply parameters:
- power 100W;
- Usup 220V, 50Hz;
- Uout1 +5V, 1А stabilized;
- Uout 2 +15V, 1А stabilized;
- Uout 3 -15V, 1А stabilized;
- Uout 4 +24V, 1А stabilized;
- Uout 5 +250V, 1А unstabilized.
Power supply unit PSU-05 is intended for power supply of the load motor. Power supply parameters:
- power 100W;
- Usup 220V, 50Hz;
- Uout 0..80V, 1А regulated.
Inverter unit IU-04 is designed for producing controlled three-phase AC voltage. It is based on intelligent power module controlled by a microcontroller, which allows for a variety of protection (overload, power failure, power surge, etc.). It provides the control of the output frequency and voltage according to Kostenko’s law.
Programmable logic controller unit CU-03 is designed for studying the basics of the adjustment, programming, and operation of the programmable logic controller. The unit contains a programmable logic controller.
The operator panel unit PU-02 is designed for visual display of parameters and operational control.
Investigated system unit ISU-01 is designed for building automation system of programmable logic controller – standalone inverter. On the front panel the graphic symbols of input components are plotted, as well as connectors for switching system components together or connecting additional external devices are located.
The stand is accompanied with a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff.
