The training laboratory system is used to study the ways of PLC exploitation in industry.

Structurally, the training system consists of the laboratory unit and investigated object (the model of technological volume).

The unit consists of the case and front panel, on which the model of automation object and the main system components are depicted:

supply pump,
inlet valve,
outlet valve,
pressure sensor.

The investigated object is metallic frame with following equipment located on it: volume and communications for air supply, pressure sensor, executive devices (electromagnetic valve, compressor).

The investigated object connects to the laboratory unit via DB25 socket.

The training system is supplied with:

a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff;
software.

Studying of LAD and FBD programming languages.
Studying of the programming variants of PLC 73, using the example of automation object.
