The training laboratory system is designed to study PID controller and the variants of its using in industry during the construction of automated control systems.

The training laboratory system is designed for studying of PLC applications in industry.

Structurally, the training system consists of the training laboratory unit and heating chamber, which is the investigated object.

The laboratory unit consists of the case and front panel with installed controls and depicted functional indications.

The investigated object is aluminum basement, on which the heating chamber is installed. 

Temperature sensors, fan, signal indicators for displaying heater and fan state are located in the chamber. The connection of investigated object to the laboratory equipment is carried out, using DB15 socket.

The training system is supplied with:

  • a set of teaching materials and technical documentation intended for the teaching staff;
  • software.

Experiments provided

  1. To study PLC OVEN characteristics.
  2. To study programming environment of CodeSys.
  3. To study LAD and FBD programming languages.
  4. To study the programming variants of PLC 73 by the example of automated subject (technological capacity).
