Laboratory stand “Hydrostatics” is designed for using as educational equipment in universities and secondary technical educational institutions for laboratory studies.
The stand consists of laboratory unit #1 and laboratory unit #2.
Laboratry unit №1 has a built-up construction on the base of welded steel frame with metallic table. Built-up framework of aluminium profile is installed on the frame. Investigated devices are situated on the metallic table. In aluminium framework apertures the sheet steel PVC panels are installed. Schemes and layouts protected by self-adhesive transparent film are drawn on frontal panels.
Leading-in differential fuse, automatic control circuits switch, fuse holders with light diodes as their runability indicators, digital indicators of measuring system are installed on upper operating panel.
In the stand’s body behind the frontal panel the strain gauges point-to-point-wired power sources circuits, measuring system board, and power transformer are installed. Power transformer Т1 provides necessary voltages for the stand blocks’ power supply.
Schemes of investigated devices and layouts with formulas describing studied hydrostatic physical processes are drawn on lower operating panel. They are divided into fuctional blocks, placed opposite to investigated devices.
Laboratry unit №2 has a built-up construction on the base of welded steel frame with metallic table. Built-up framework of aluminium profile is installed on the frame. Table is made of sheet steel. In aluminium framework apertures the sheet steel PVC panels are installed. Schemes and layouts protected by self-adhesive transparent film are drawn on frontal vertical panels.
Left operating panel is made of textolite and is used as a framework for fastening of hydro scheme elements of the unit. Hydro scheme with layout of investigated square sectioned tube with complex configuration and its geometric dimensions is drawn on the panel. Layouts of measuring scales are used for measuring hydrostatic pressure by liquids level in a transparent tube near the scale in centimetres. Right panel of sheet steel PVC contains formulas describing hydrostatic physical process studied on this unit.
Both units have bracket for keeping kettlebells which are hanged on bracket jumper with cutsets.
The training system is supplied with a set of technical and methodical documentation for teaching staff.
