The training laboratory unit is used to conduct the complex of laboratory works to study injection motors and to develop an initial knowledge of the engine structure under the courses of “Vehicles structure”, “Vehicles operation”, “Construction and counting of vehicles”, “Technical operation and repair of vehicle” in higher and secondary specialized institutions.

The present cutaway model is designed for visual demonstration and studying the structure, operating principle of general inside nodes and aggregates of benzine engine.

Structurally, the stand is represented as an internal combustion engine with cuts which are mounted on a steel frame structure with a protective fence.

The сutaway model is equipped with electromechanical drive which set into motions the rotating engine mechanisms. This gives you opportunity to see the operation of the moving parts of the engine. Moving speed of mechanical parts is slowed down for visual examination of different mechanical parts.

The model provides visual design and access to the units and parts placed inside the engine housing elements.

The performed cuts give opportunity to study design and operating principle:

four-cylinder in-line engine;
upper camshaft;
generator;
gas distribution mechanism;
cylinder-piston group;
crankshaft.
