The training laboratory system is used as educational equipment in higher and secondary specialized institutions during laboratory works under the courses “Vehicle structure” and “Vehicles technical operation”.

Cutaway model is dedicated for visual demonstration the structure and operating principles of general nodes of rack-and-gear steering with electric assist.

Structurally, the stand consists of a frame mounted on wheel supports and elements of the front wheel suspension mounted on it, rack -and -gear steering with electric power with cuts.

Electric power rack- and -gear steering model includes:

electric assist;
front suspension of Mac-Ferson;
steering rack;
steering tube;
brake rotors and caliperts;
steering wheel.
